SIOM aims to deliver the Managerial Competencies of Broad Based Knowledge, Multi-Disciplinary Skills and Positive Attitude to the diverse Industrial and Business Sector on a sustainable basis. To achieve this we will:

• Provide avenues for intellectual, emotional, physical and social development of the students.
• Impart intense values of professionalism and citizenship in thought and practice.
• Enhance the knowledge, skills and competence of practicing managers and provide value oriented support to the businesses.

• Hostels and Medical Centre
  SIOM has separate hostels for Boys and Girls with attached toilets & bathrooms, 24-hours hot & cold water facility, and furnished with cot, mattress, table, chair, cupboard and book rack are available. The Symbiosis Centre for Health Care (SCHC) provides a resident doctor and full-fledged medical care for the students. Regular medical check ups are done. Every student is insured under Mediclaim with a cover of Rs. 25,000/- for hospitalization and Rs.1, 00,000/- for road traffic accidents. Preventive and curative health care for all students and staff of Symbiosis is managed by SCHC.
• The Library and Information Center
  A fully automated modern Library & Information Center (LIC) caters to the ever growing and uncompromising information and intellectual requirements of the students and faculty. Audio/video aids, CD-ROM, and other electronic forms of documents make learning an interesting and vibrant activity. The LIC houses latest management publications, books, periodicals, online-journals, newspapers, videocassettes, photograph albums, CDs and annual reports of companies that includes numerous case studies and HBR Bound Volumes (since 1984). The library has specialized user-friendly web-enabled library software called LibSUITE-8 where the students can search for books, reserve them and get them reissued online.
• IT Infrastructure
  SIOM is equipped with state-of-art computing facilities to compliment classroom pedagogy. It has a server room equipped with Two Compaq ML 370 Server & SAP server HP ML 350 Servers and two Computer Labs housing 100 computers. All classrooms and offices are equipped with 2 MBPS Internet connectivity. All classrooms & Assembly hall are fitted with LCD projection facilities & LAN. Lectures are typically augmented by multimedia. SIOM is equipped with High Resolution Scanners, Printers and CD Writers. The SAP lab is specially suited to the for training students in SAP modules and other specialized software like SPSS, Oracle, etc.
• Gymnasium and Sports Center
  The campus is equipped with facilities like workout stations for Gymnastic enthusiasts and also numerous outdoor and indoor games.

• MBA (operations)
• ADMM (Advanced Diploma in Manufacturing Management)

In sectors like Manufacturing, Consulting firms, Transportation and logistics, Information technology, Insurance, Retail, financial institutions, construction, hospitality, Oil & Power, Aviation etc.

Engineering graduates from recognized universities with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades, for SC/ST candidates’ minimum marks are 45%.
