It’s common knowledge that an entrance exam is a prerequisite to get admission in the best MBA college. These entrance examinations are conducted every year.

If you are aspiring to pursue an MBA from top business schools in India; then one of the 15 institutes under Symbiosis International (Deemed University) [SIU] must be on your list.

To be a part of one of the 26 MBA programmes offered by SIU, you will need to appear for the SNAP Test 2022. Let’s take a look at some of the important information about this test.

The registrations for the SNAP Test 2022 will begin on 4th August 2022.The SNAP last registration date is 24th November 2022. Here is the Registration Link for SNAP 2022 exam:

SNAP Eligibility Criteria 2022


SNAP 2022 eligibilty criteria

Before you start applying, kindly check the eligibility criteria to avoid any chances of disqualification at a later stage. Have a keen look at the SNAP 2022 Eligibility Criteria and check all the conditions mentioned by Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

  • A candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from any recognised/statutory University or Institution of National Importance. 
  • He/she must have scored 50% marks or equivalent grade in Graduation (10+2+3 level). 
  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes need to have 45% marks or equivalent grade in graduation.

Candidates in the final year of the college (graduation) can also apply for the SNAP 2022 test, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade. 

Note: Admission of such candidates will be provisional and will be cancelled in the event of non-fulfilment of the above-stated criteria.

A candidate who has completed a qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). All foreign degrees/qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU.

Important: It is the responsibility of the candidate to ascertain whether s/he possesses the requisite qualifications for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

SNAP Test 2022 Exam Structure


SNAP test 2022 exam pattern and test structure
  • SNAP Test 2022 will be a computer-based test.
  • SNAP Test duration is 60 minutes.
  • SNAP is an objective test. Each question will have four responses.
  • Each wrong answer will attract 25% negative marking.
  • Candidates can appear for up to three tests for SNAP 2022. The best of the performance out of the attempts he/ she has made will be considered for the final percentile calculation.
  • The application fee will be Rs. 1950/- for each attempt of SNAP 2022. The programme/college fee (Rs.1000/ per programme/college) is to be paid only once.
  • SNAP 2022 will be a 1-hour test.
  • There will be a total of 60 questions.

The SNAP 2022 exam will be computer-based and divided into three sections: 

  • General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability
  • Analytical & Logical Reasoning
  • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency

There are certain changes you must remember about the test patterns. This year only the Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency will have only 20 Normal questions worth one mark.

The General English section will only have 15 normal questions. The Analytical & Logical Reasoning section will have 25 questions, worth one mark. 

Based on your overall SNAP percentile, you will be called for further rounds consisting of Group Exercise, Personal Interaction & Writing Ability Test (GE-PIWAT). Post the successful completion of these rounds; you will be offered admission in the institute that you have registered with.
