CAMPUS & FACILITIES
SSBF is located at Symbiosis Knowledge Village near Pune. A sprawling, state of the art campus atop a green, picturesque hill, SSBF provides an environment that is conducive to learning and self-development. To enrich the campus experience, Symbiosis offers the finest infrastructure for its students. Ours is a fully Wi-Fi campus.
The institute has well equipped spacious classrooms that facilitate audio-visual aids and interactive classroom sessions.
A well-equipped Computer lab with LCD projector and internet connection is available for the students to facilitate the teaching learning process.
A well-stocked library that contains books, journals, magazines and on-line resources.
OUTDOOR SPORTS FACILITIES
The University Sports Board plays a key role in facilitating a number of indoor and outdoor games at the Lavale campus. Campus sports-events is a primary catalyst that brings students of various institutes together building an atmosphere of camaraderie and well-being.
HEALTH CARE CENTRE
Every campus of Symbiosis International University has a healthcare centre with one medical doctor and medical staff. This provides primary medical aid and advice.
The MBA programme in Banking and Finance is a full-time, two-year, residential programme.
Apart from the basic courses in the functional areas of management, the intensive curriculum, spread over the two years, covers courses specific to the banking and financial services industry such as Banking operations, Credit management, Legal aspects of banking, International finance, Risk management, Treasury & FOREX management, Business Analytics to name a few.
The emphasis is on blended learning methodology that combines classroom interaction, self-study modules enriched by research and experiential learning.
The department has tied up with Finitiatives Learning Pvt Ltd (FLIP) to provide industry relevant certificates related to banking and finance. Students are also encouraged to do other certifications to acquire special knowledge in their areas of interests.
Over 600 top educational institutions around the world use Bloomberg. SSBF has access to Bloomberg terminal which facilitates in bringing the real world of finance into the classroom by exposing students to the Bloomberg Professional service.
MBA(BANKING AND FINANCE)
Candidate should be a graduate from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at graduation level. Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination.
A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Please read and understand the instructions mentioned below before you proceed for registration. It is mandatory to appear for the SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) for admission to Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance, Pune (SSBF)
How to apply
For seeking admission to the Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance, Pune (SSBF) students should complete the following procedure:
The applicant must register and pay online for SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) Examination, 2017. SNAP 2017 test fee is INR 1750/-. This is not refundable. For more details please visit: www.snaptest.org
While registering for SNAP, applicant has to also apply for SSBF in the same application form. A registration fee of Rs. 1000/- is to be paid to SSBF for each programme that the aspirant wishes to apply the registration fees is not refundable.
This is mandatory, without which the applicant will not be considered for short-listing for the GE (Group Exercise) PI-WAT (Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test) process for the respective programme(s).

NOTE : SNAP Test fee and Institutes program fee are non-refundable
Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.1750/-. (plus applicable payment gateway charges at actual).
You have the option of following payment modes:
ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH NET BANKING:
You may pay your SNAP test fee from the list of banks to Symbiosis Test Secretariat account. You can also pay the Program-wise Payment for Selection Process through internet banking option
ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT / DEBIT CARD:
You may pay directly online using either Master or Visa card. Follow the instructions on the website. You can also pay the Program-wise Payment for Selection Process through credit card.
ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH INDIAN BANK NET BANKING:
You may pay your SNAP test fee to Symbiosis Test Secretariat account. You can also pay the Program-wise Payment for Selection Process through Indian Bank Internet Banking option.
Get a demand draft of INR 1750/- from any Nationalized Bank in favour of "Symbiosis Test Secretariat" payable at Pune.
Choose the mode of Payment as 'Demand Draft' in "Make Payment" Tab. Take a print of the payment advice form, verify the Institute Program Names and the amount, get a DD from any Nationalized Bank, sign and send the advise form along with the DD to the address mentioned below :

The Symbiosis Test Secretariat will authenticate the payment details and will send you an email confirming the payment. Only after the payment is authenticated, would you be able to view your Admit card.
Symbiosis Test Secretariat or SSBF will not be responsible for non-delivery or any delay on the part of courier/postal services.
