SCMHRD, stands as an example for rigor and perfection, which prepares the students for tomorrow's unpredictable events. We believe in inculcating in the students an attitude to constantly adapt to change, watch out for opportunities to grab and hurdles to overcome, to be able to survive in the fast-paced globalized economy. We believe that Management is an applied art and also science and can be best learned and inculcated if live and real time exposure is facilitated. To enable real and live learning we are engaging with various corporate to do live projects on problems that are of immediate concern to the students. The students at SCMHRD not only get a good understanding of the Indian rural heartland but also the international market that they will have to perform in. They get sufficient understanding about what to do as responsible citizens of India and also of the commercial and ethical viability of the strategies that they will propose and implement. Programmes offered
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Candidate should be a graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes) at graduation.
Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes).
A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
Master of Business Administration (Infrastructure Development and Management)
a. Graduate in any Engineering Stream (B.E. or B.Tech), or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), or Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan.) from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade, 45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates].
OR
b. Bachelor degree from non-engineering branches from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade, 45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates] along with a minimum of 12 months’ work experience in sectors namely infrastructure, infrastructure consultancy, energy, real estate, logistics, supply chain and any other infrastructure allied industry.
Master of Business Administration (Business Analytics)
Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes) at graduation and minimum two years full time work experience after completion of graduation.
A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

How to Apply
For seeking admission to the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development students should complete the following procedure:
Step I:
The applicant must register and pay for SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) 2019. SNAP 2019 test fee is INR 1750/- (non-refundable). Following are the options for payment.
i) Billdesk Payment Gateway ii) Easebuzz Payment Gateway iii) Indian Bank Gateway iv) Demand Draft.

Step II:
While registering for SNAP, applicant has to also apply for SCMHRD in the same application form.A programme fee of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) is to be paid to SCMHRD for each programme that the aspirant wishes to apply. This is mandatory, without which the applicant will not be considered for short-listing for the GE (Group Exercise) PI-WAT (Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test) process for the respective programme(s).
Note
1) SNAP Test fee & programme(s) of the institute is non-refundable.
2) Demand Draft(s) should reach the Symbiosis Test Secretariat by 5:00 pm on November 26, 2019. Demand Drafts reaching after this will not be considered and will be returned to the respective candidates.
3) The last date for payment for SCMHRD is December 25th, 2019, Wednesday
