Programmes offered

M.B.A. (Food Technology and Food Enterprise Management)

India's food processing sector is one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important industries in the country and it is chronically short of managers who understand both Food Science and Food Business. The M.B.A. (Food Technology and Food Enterprise Management) is built precisely to bridge that gap. This two-year, full-time programme blends food processing, food technology, nutrition, culinary science and core business management into a single, industry-facing curriculum, so graduates step out fluent in both the plant and the P&L.

Specialized courses including sensory science, food processing and packaging, supply chain management, consumer studies, management accounting, service operations management, and food safety and food laws, are reinforced by a strong industry connect: guest lectures, workshops, live projects and field visits give students hands-on exposure long before graduation. The result is a front-end, industry-ready manager who can walk into a food processing company and add value from day one.
