A. SNAP TEST 2023 - REGISTRATION PROCESS


  • SNAP Test 2023 will be conducted on three different dates. Please note these dates carefully:
    • Date: 10 December 2023 (Sunday)
    • Date: 17 December 2023 (Sunday)
    • Date: 22 December 2023 (Friday)
  • Timings of the tests will be communicated to the candidates via their Admit Card

  • A candidate can appear for upto three tests for SNAP 2023. If a candidate appears for more than one test, the higher score will be considered for the final percentile calculation and there will be no normalization . A rigorous process that has been statistically tested will be administered to ensure that unique types of questions are framed under a specific topic across the question papers. The normal spread will ensure that there is no unfair advantage to candidates who opt for any specific test / multiple tests. This will ensure normalisation of the spread of questions across sections. Furthermore, the question papers will be normalised for the level of difficulty across all three tests. No correspondence regarding this will be entertained.
  • Register online on the website snaptest.org (upto November 23, 2023 (Thursday)) .
  • Note – Any change in the online registration form (except name, date of birth, category, test city preferences and test date) will be entertained only up to November 23, 2023 (Thursday). No change shall be permitted after this date under any circumstances.

  • Ensure that the information you have filled in is accurate. No change in name, date of birth, category, test city and test date requests will be entertained once a candidate has paid her/his SNAP Test 2023 registration fee.
  • SNAP Test registration fee and programme registration fee of the Institute is non- refundable and non-transferable.
  • Upload your latest scanned colour passport size photo (in case a candidate is registering for SNAP on a desktop) at the time of online registration for the SNAP Test. (Your photograph should not be more than six months old).

B. SNAP TEST REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT PROCESS


A candidate may pay through

  1. i) Billdesk Payment Gateway
  2. ii) Easebuzz Payment Gateway
  3. iii) Demand Draft.

Pay the SNAP Test registration fee of INR 2250 per test (government taxes would be additional as and when applicable) upto November 23, 2023 (Thursday), as per the instructions mentioned on the website for Payment of SNAP Test registration fee.

NOTE – SNAP Test registration fee and programme registration fee of the Institute is non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT:

Submit a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 2250 per test (government taxes would be additional as and when applicable) from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.

Choose the mode of Payment as 'DD Payment' in ‘Make Payment’ Tab. Take a print of the payment advice form, fill in the DD Details, sign and send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat only at,

The Symbiosis Test Secretariat (STS) will authenticate the details of the Demand Draft and will send you an email confirming the payment. Only after the realisation of payment, would you be able to view your Admit Card.

Note: All communications with candidate will be done through the official email address info@snaptest.org only. Please ensure that this email address is whitelisted in your registered email. If you do not receive the registration/payment confirmation mail, within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder just in case these emails got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Candidates must declare and maintain a valid and unique email account and a mobile phone number throughout the selection process.

Instructions:

  1. The DD should reach Symbiosis Test Secretariat (STS) by 3:00 pm on November 23, 2023 (Thursday). If the DD reaches after this, it will not be considered and will be returned to the candidate. STS will not be responsible for non-delivery or any delay on the part of courier / postal services.
  2. It is also mandatory to pay the registration fee of the desired programme(s) before the closing date of the programme registration fee payment of that/those programme(s). The said fee must be paid through the SNAP website only (snaptest.org) .
  3. For disputes between a candidate and the SIU, the candidate should first send an email to registrar@siu.edu.in with details about her/his grievance. If the candidate is not satisfied with the decision of the Registrar, s/he can appeal to the Ombudsman of the University. Information regarding the same is available on https://siu.edu.in/student-affairs.php . All disputes between the candidate and SIU in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Pune.
  4. Any attempt to impersonate or indulge in any malpractice, identified at any stage of the admission process would disqualify the candidate from the admission processes to all PG programmes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and may also lead to appropriate legal action as deemed fit.
  5. SNAP Test 2023 Score will be valid only for admission to select programmes of SIU for the academic year 2024-25 . Admissions to the select programmes at SIU are strictly based on merit, assessment of individual performance in SNAP and other processes prescribed by the University.
  6. Note – SNAP 2023 result will be declared on January 10, 2024 (Wednesday), on snaptest.org and will be available till February 09, 2024 (Friday) .

E. Programme registration fee payment process


A candidate aspiring to join an MBA programme offered by any Institute of SIU is also required to register as well as pay the registration fee of her/his desired programme(s) before the closing date of programme registration fee payment of that/those programme(s). The fee must be paid only through the SNAP website (snaptest.org) . This is in addition to registering for and paying the registration fee for the SNAP Test.

The programme registration fee is INR 1000 for each programme (government taxes would be additional as and when applicable). If a candidate wishes to apply to more than one programme, s/he will have to pay an additional INR 1000 for each additional programme applied to (government taxes would be additional as and when applicable).

Note - Symbiosis Institute programme registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a candidate wants to pay the programme registration fee through Demand Draft, s/he should make a Demand Draft of INR 1000 for each programme (government taxes would be additional as and when applicable). The rest of the process is the same as that for SNAP Test 2023 (Payment Through Demand Draft).

Note –

Even after the closing date of SNAP test registration fee payment, a candidate may still pay the programme(s) registration fee through SNAP website till the closing date of the respective programme(s).

An Institute may offer more than one programme. Candidate should ensure that the preferred programme(s) is are selected and the programme registration fee is paid for before the closing date.

Different programmes may have different closing date for programme registration fee payment. A candidate should visit the website of the concerned Institute(s) to check the same.
